Is all the talk about innovation limiting innovation? By externalizing the notion of innovation as something which is different or more difficult than our usual activities we paradoxically reduce our ability to be innovative; we suffocate our own natural ability to improve, to think anew and to be curious. Being on the beach, metaphorically or literally, might actually be the best thing we can do for our desire to innovate more. Stop trying, start doing.
